Please know that job search documents, including resumes, are subjective. If you ask five people to review your documents, you will likely receive five different opinions. When developing clients’ documents, we take into consideration each client’s unique needs and situation and use career services, job search, and industry best practices when creating content and selecting formats. All of our coaches have extensive training, education, and/or certifications in career services, resume writing, and/or human resources management with additional areas of expertise in a variety of fields. Job search documents are only a small component of the job search process. Having a focused job target, utilizing your network, being proactive, communicating professionally, etc. also play a role in conducting an effective job search. While our team can certainly help guide and support clients throughout various aspects of the process (from beginning to end), the client will need to also apply effective job search practices, which takes time and strategic effort on their part.
